Fish Vindaye


cooking time: 30 MINUTES


  • 1 kg fish (preferably hard flesh like Mackerel or Tuna)
  • 1 jar Aromatic Kitchen Vindaye Pickle Paste
  • 2-3 green chillies thickly sliced
  • 2 thickly sliced red/brown onions
  • Salt accordingly


  1. Fry your fish and keep aside.
  2. Sautee your onions and chillies.
  3. Add Aromatic Kitchen Vindaye Pickle Paste.
  4. Stir everything until almost boiling.
  5. Break the fish inti bite size and add to the pickle mixture.
  6. Give a gentle stir until properly coated. Cook for about 5 minutes. Turn off.
  7. Serve as entrée or main meal with bread/rice.
