cooking time: 30 MINUTES
- 1 kg fish (preferably hard flesh like Mackerel or Tuna)
- 1 jar Aromatic Kitchen Vindaye Pickle Paste
- 2-3 green chillies thickly sliced
- 2 thickly sliced red/brown onions
- Salt accordingly
- Fry your fish and keep aside.
- Sautee your onions and chillies.
- Add Aromatic Kitchen Vindaye Pickle Paste.
- Stir everything until almost boiling.
- Break the fish inti bite size and add to the pickle mixture.
- Give a gentle stir until properly coated. Cook for about 5 minutes. Turn off.
- Serve as entrée or main meal with bread/rice.
